About The Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to lead and supervise our steel fabrication operations, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality output, and on-time project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in heavy steel works, hangars, and structural fabrication, with solid leadership and planning capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 18+ years of experience in steel fabrication, heavy structures, or hangars.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication methods, welding processes, cutting, bending, and assembly. Proven leadership and ability to manage teams under strict timelines.
• Experience with production planning systems and workshop workflows. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and supervise all steel fabrication and production activities.
• Ensure compliance with technical drawings, welding standards, and fabrication procedures.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QC/QA, Procurement, and Project teams to align production schedules.
• Monitor production progress and implement corrective actions to meet project deadlines.
• Manage workforce allocation, productivity levels, and daily output targets.
• Oversee workshop equipment, maintenance schedules, and safety procedures.
• Ensure high-quality fabrication in line with project specifications and international standards.
• Prepare production reports, material usage logs, and performance KPIs.
