Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 15–20 years of experience managing large-scale roads and bridges construction projects, including oversight of QC/QA, safety compliance, and budget control.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, material management, project planning, and industry-standard project management tools.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of OD experience (must be in the constructions sector).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial level.
• Proficiency in Oracle HRMS & advanced Excel for HR data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Recruitment, preferably within the construction or Industrial sector.
• Proven track record of hiring across the GCC, APAC and MENA regions.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies is highly preferred.
