About The Job

We are looking for a skilled Structural Design Engineer specializing in steel structures to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, analyzing, and optimizing steel frameworks for buildings, industrial facilities, and other construction projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, and structural analysis software is essential.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in steel structure design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla Structures, and structural analysis software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or residential steel projects.
• Knowledge of welding, bolting, and steel fabrication processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze steel structures (frames, connections, beams, columns, etc.)
• Prepare detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or Tekla Structures.
• Perform structural calculations and simulations using software such as Robot Structural Analysis, SAP2000.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
• Review and approve shop drawings and fabrication details.
• Conduct site visits to assess structural integrity and resolve design issues.
• Optimize designs for cost efficiency and material usage.
