Overview
Laying the foundations for modern life and supporting housing projects, Khalifa Holding Group, through one of its executive arms, Eabr Al-Alam for General Contracting and Real Estate Investment, has begun construction of a luxurious, integrated residential complex that will provide residents with every amenity, comfort and privacy. With a total area of 113,074 square metres, in a prestigious location in the centre of Benghazi, specifically in the Al-Fouihat area, the complex consists of 112 luxury villas distributed across four main design models with roof areas of (1000 - 750 - 700 - 500) square metres; built on two floors.

The complex features a distinctive and diverse range of amenities and finishes, from a comprehensive central air conditioning system to a sophisticated alarm system and firefighting system, using high-quality finishing materials and modern designs. The group took care of all aspects of the complex's construction, including the implementation of an organised internal road network that facilitates access and movement between the villas and the complex's facilities, including a 30-square-metre central main street four main streets parallel to the main road, 15 metres wide, and 10-metre-wide connecting streets, including comprehensive and sanitation infrastructure connected to the main lines in the city of Benghazi.
