Since its establishment, Khalifa Holding Group has worked to launch an organisational health and safety
management system. This enables all its subsidiaries to operate in appropriate conditions, ensuring the safety and protection of the group's human resources and valuable assets. This is achieved through a specialised team of 72 experts who work around the clock to establish and implement an integrated safety system that ensures all risk prevention measures are taken, in accordance with the highest international standards and specifications, as well as developing it periodically in line with advances in this field.

With a vision based on creating a risk-free and accident-free environment and establishing a culture of safety as
the foundation of the Group's identity, this department embodies a noble mission based on protecting lives and property through the proactive application of the highest safety standards, continuous training and immediate response to emergencies, enabling business continuity in a safe and efficient manner.

In record time, the group was able to respond immediately and be fully prepared for emergencies thanks to continuous patrols, which ensured rapid response to any emergency at work sites, as well as the use of modern communication platforms that facilitate risk reporting and contribute to accelerating preventive and corrective measures.

In a short period of time, the administration has achieved high-quality accomplishments and performance indicators, most notably obtaining an A+ performance rating from the Benghazi International Airport project consultant among several companies, reflecting our absolute commitment to documented quality and excellence. as well as covering a wide range of operations across 14 of the group's work sites, including the supervision of 4,500 workers.

The administration also managed to efficiently manage risks, achieving a low injury rate of less than 2% during June, with a total of 250,000 working hours, while promoting a culture of safety through the implementation of approximately 40 awareness lectures and training sessions on vital topics, including electrical hazards, first aid and equipment inspection, as well as a visible safety infrastructure comprising more than 700 information and warning signs distributed across all of the Group's sites.

In its work, the administration was able to conduct a training simulation in the event of a major risk, evacuating the entire site in 11 minutes, in addition to making significant contributions to the passenger terminal at Benghazi International Airport. The administration implemented comprehensive plans that included: cleaning procedures, traffic and emergency management, site layout, risk assessment, heat stress management, and safe operation of tower cranes. In addition, the administration also implemented plans for the VIP lounge, including cleaning procedures, traffic and emergency management, site layout, risk assessment, heat stress management, and safety and health management.
